Rick Clemons has spent the better part of three decades studying what happens when people stop negotiating with themselves and what it costs them when they don't. He led teams, built companies, coached thousands of individuals, and did all of it while quietly carrying the weight of living as a closeted gay man in rooms that rewarded shrinking. When he finally stopped shrinking? Let's just say the rooms got a lot more interesting.

These days Rick works with speakers who are tired of leaving the best version of their talk in the parking lot. His coaching framework, Say It. Mean It. Land It., isn't about adding polish. It's about removing the stuff that's been standing between you and the talk the room actually needs. He's direct. He's warm. He will absolutely call you on your stuff. And he'll do it in a way that makes you want to go back out there and try the thing that scared you.

He's done it himself from small corporate stages to heart-centered retreats, from founder gatherings to rooms full of world-change makers. From his home state of California to corporate stages in London, Paris, and Nice, to TEDx Tokyo, Rick has moved audiences of three thousand and groups of thirty. College students finding their voice. Change makers ready to stop playing small. Soul seekers finally willing to step out of whatever closet they've been living in and start living their truth. The message is always the same: the talk that scares you is usually the one they needed to hear.

Spoiler: it works!
