— WORK WITH RICK
The time has come for
you to stop performing
and start creating
rooms that move.
Let's remove the safety net and deliver
the impact that can't be ignored!
This is where the
real talk stops
hiding
Not workshopped into something safer. Not polished until the edge is gone. Built to land in a way the room can't sit still through
— THE OFFERINGS
I watch it. I find it. I tell you
exactly what's missing.
Video reaction. Open to close.
4, sessions. No part left safe.
All in. 1:1 sessions. Custom built experience for no holding back.
Send your talk and up to 60 minutes of video. I go deep into the idea, structure, stories, and delivery — to find what's actually happening underneath the performance. Where you capture the room. Where you lose it. Where the real you is hiding.
↗ Full video review — specific, direct, zero filler
↗ Notes on movement, voice, comedy, and contrast
↗ Clarity on what to stop, keep, and finally try
↗ Roadmap for the next version of your talk
You send the video. I return a play-by-play reaction — real-time, specific, direct. Then four 60-minute sessions: the opening that earns the room, the soul of the talk, the close that lands, and the call to action that makes you worth every dollar you demand.
↗ Everything in The Autopsy — full video review, zero filler
↗ Play-by-play video reaction — full truth, no filter
↗ 4 sessions: opening, soul, close, call to action
↗ A talk that moves rooms and demands your worth
↗ Confidence built from the work, not the performance
This isn't a package. It's a partnership. Up to twelve sessions designed around exactly where you are, where you're stuck, and what the room needs from you that no one else can give it. Content, delivery, story, presence, voice, silence. The whole thing.
↗ Everything in The Autopsy — full video review, zero filler
↗ Everything in The Rebuild — reaction + four core sessions
↗ Up to 12 private sessions, custom sequenced to your timeline
↗ On-call access between sessions — breakthroughs don't wait
↗ A talk built to move rooms for the rest of your career
